Managing the Instagram account for Yalla Mutabaq:
- Planning and creating the feed look.
- Designing posts and copy-writing.
- Creating video content.
The main concept was to capture the brands enthusiastic feel, by using the patterns and contrasting colours.
Restyling the feed look, by designing new templates to be used for posts. As the pictures were already handed to me by the client, I had to create templates that can be easily reused throughout the feed.
I worked on categorising the highlights and created the icons to match with each one. It was really nice to sort out the menu as well and to make it as easy to read as possible.
Finally, creating fun and interactive bilingual caption for each post.
Similarly to what I designed for the social media, I had to follow the brand guidelines to redesign the packaging for Yalla Mutabaq.
Starting with the main dish, the Mutabaq, then the Samosa and fries packaging, and also designing paper bags, food wrapping paper and cups.
Which one would you choose?
Creating 3 options for the Mutabaq box, keeping in mind the box template to make sure of proper ventilation and secure lock system.

New branch announcement
For the opening of Yalla Mutabaq second branch, I worked on a campaign to announce the opening with a series of posts and stories.
Announcing
Starting with an interactive post to guess the new branch location, then announcing that it's opening soon in Riffa. After that showcasing the food in a video as a teaser for people to come and try it in the day of opening.
Doing the same announcement on stories as well for more exposure.

At the time of the photoshoot, I was capturing some clips to be used for the Instagram account reels & TikTok. Combing these clips to create interesting short videos with trending audio, and use them for the launch of Kicho matcha website.
